ASSOCIATE BIOGRAPHY:
William Marusza (President and General Manager) - After earning his MBA degree from the University of Buffalo, Bill entered the industry in April 1995 as a Sales Representative for Guardian Protection Services. He left there in January 1997 as their top sales producer in the northeast to accept a position in sales management with ADT Security Services. During his five years at ADT, Bill was promoted many times including: Regional Sales Manager, North East Sales Director, and General Manager. Bill left ADT to start Armored Access, Inc. in October of 2002 and has served as President and General Manager since that time.
Jason Wood (Vice President and Operations Manager) - Started his career in electronic security in 1985 with ADT security services. As a System Technician and Project Engineer, Jason led the Western New York region with his efficiency until being promoted to Service Manager in 1990. Several promotions soon followed including Sales Team Leader and Sales Manager. He left ADT with Mr. Marusza to launch Armored Access, Inc. in 2002 and spends much of his time in the field.
Thomas Grimmer (Lead Project Manager) - With his Associates degree in electronic applications and natural abilities, Tom is our “resident electronics expert” and most versatile Project Manager. He is proficient in both high and low voltage electrical applications. This jack of all trades is particularly effective in handling our most difficult client challenges.
Raymond Gates (Lead Project Manager) - Has over 20 years of industry experience. Well versed in trouble shooting and problem solving Ray has seen it all. Ray has managed large projects at the University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology and Upstate New York Transplant services.
Robert Manning (Service Manager) - Began his career as an apprentice technician for Brinks Home Security in Nashville, Tennessee in 2001. Within 2 years Rob received the national award for quality service. Rob relocated to Corning, NY where his family resides 3 years ago. He has worked with us at Armored Access, Inc. since this time. Rob combines a superb blend of technical expertise and customer service that continually makes him a “client favorite”.
